Hey everyone,

I just recently purchased a used 2017 E300 and my music skips like a scratched cd when playing over Bluetooth. I have reset the car system to factory settings, restarted my phone, unpaired Bluetooth connection then paired again from car and then again paired from device when that didn’t work. I can confirm my phone does not have issues playing over any other Bluetooth connections. Has anyone had this issue?

did you completely disconnect from phone ("forget this device") ?

Check the comand firmware and make sure it's up to date

what phone u have ?

it says it has the latest version on the car and my phone and my phone is a iPhone 11 Pro Max

the only other thing i could think of is to reinstall the app you use on your phone to stream the music.
This can often resolve a number of issues, though not sure it'll work in your case...
You could also hard reboot the phone. doubt it will work, but worth a shot

i use Apple Music. But also, the radio is doing this as well not just Bluetooth audio. Is this a software issue?

ah, if the radio is doing it as well, it has nothing to do with bluetooth/your phone

Are you sure you have the latest software version ?

Odds are that you don’t have the latest update… actually its more likely that you don’t have any updates since the car left the factory. Read the thread on the forum and start there…
