Hissing Noise when releasing brakes? Brake Booster?

First time driving my vehicle in the cold and I noticed a hissing noise when taking my foot off the break. Sounds like it's releasing air. From my research, sounds common for the break booster to make this noise in the winter. Has anybody gotten there's replaced?
2017 E300 - just under 70k miles.

My Eclass 2018 is doing the exact same thing,no noise no issues when driving but if I brake someone’s it sounds like air from a bloom coming out for a slight second,
where did you read it’s common in the winter ?
