MBUX error: no internet connection
Hello, I hope this is something simple. MBUX is not working the way it should. If I ask MBUX to do something she tells me that she can’t do that right now and the message says no Internet connection. It’s also not able to connect through my phone app as it did before This is never happened before and I wonder if anyone knows why. My telephone still works and if I ask MUBX to navigate somewhere it works. . I’m not sure if I turn something off by accident. I’m also not sure if the car uses my telephone for Internet connectivity and therefore I did some thing on my telephone that I did not realize I did. Can anyone offer any insight? Thank you Phil

it's connected by itself (not your phone)
the fact that navigation works has nothing to do with it (except for traffic info)
does the SOS ready message show in the top right corner of the middle screen?
also check "connections" in the settings, under status.
you can also press and hold the off button of comand until it turns back on . this is like a hard reboot
