Radio off no nav
I have a 2019 E450 wagon and the radio is off. I can’t turn it or the nav on. The screen is black and only lights up for the reverse camera. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I feel pretty stupid today. I have multiple cars and the are all different. I haven’t used the wagon in four or five months. That said the problem with the screen was that the button on the console was turned off. Once I pushed it everything is working again. Thank you to all who responded with help.

And with multiple cars its particularly annoying due to unfamiliarity to figure out what's going on. Before my mother-in-law passed we insisted that she tell anyone driving her car to not make many changes in the settings. We had her seats and mirror pre-programmed to her key, but other aspects of her car were regularly being changed when one of her grandkids drove her someplace and invariably my wife would get called to help her get the automatic windshield wipers or some other feature of her car operating again. And she only had one car. We have 5 and I've begun to wonder if we need to stick to one manufacturer to keep things simple.

Your experience is why I hate it when strangers drive my vehicle -- whether its the folks at the car wash or the valet. They always change something -- and you don't actually realize it it till you are underway -- making it much harder to rectify.
