2021 GLE350 and 2021 E450
Automatic Updates Option Missing in MBUX?
My brother's 2021 E450 doesn't have the automatic updates option?

I know it exists because my GLE has it.

Indeed, no internet connectivity would disable that update option.
You might be able to update your maps via USB by downloading through your Mercedes me account.
A better fix would be to get the module retrofitted by the dealer, when it's available.
