Hit a Deer, Damaged headlight $7000
I was driving 25MPH and hit a deer. No damage except the headlight bracket. Cost with labor $7000. Headlight still works. See photo

Lol 7000$ for one bracket ??? Isn't it too much? And you mean that you hit a deer and the headlight glass didn't brake ? Does your insurance cover it or you have to pay it from your pocket ?

covers by insurance. $1000 deductible. The light works but points down. It is funny except I will be w/o a car for three weeks.

There may be a repair kit for that sold by MB. See those 3 holes in the pic? That's where the metal repair bracket attaches with screws.
