'19 E300 w/ activated Multibeam
It is a common issue among Mercedes displays, I had the same issue in my C300 which was a lot worse and also on my E300 driver LCD (it was hardly noticeable for this one). I got mine replaced under warranty by showing them the issue.

I have this about 2 years because they dont to nothing, and every year it's worse...🙄

I've managed to pointed it out one week before the warranty ran out.
Had to tell them to look for the "foggy smoke" when the engine/screen is off.
The double digital screen would come to £3500.00, if I had to pay for it myself.
