2019 E class Estate Tailgate question

Hi Team

I have a new 2019 E Class estate (new to me) and like it very much, but I have one question - if anybody can help!?

When I first got the car two weeks ago - the tailgate would open and close by pushing the button on the drivers door.

I have clearly done something because now when I press the driver's door button it only opens a little but won't close at all.

It all works just fine when I use the actual red button on the tailgate, or the button under the Mercedes star,

Any suggestions welcome THANKS

Thanks for the suggestion... I did see that in the manual, but it seems to have no effect on the in-car button.

It was very good, as previously I was able to completely open and close it via the driver's door - great for small kids who can not reach the big red button.

Not any more!

2019 E450 Wagon

I have a 2019 wagon, and I've found I have to sometimes hold the button down or pull the button up to get it to activate. Sometimes a few seconds.
