Dashboard flash & sudden stop
Hello everyone,
I have an issue with my 2017 E300.
in rare occasions (every 2-3 month it happens once).. whenever im stuck in the traffic and driving slow the car suddenly flashes the dashboard and stop. And it wouldn’t move unless i turn it off and on then it works fine with the check engine sign on.. then the sign goes away within couple of days.
then the car will work fine until it happens again.
it doesn’t happen all the time whenever im driving slow just every now and then..
i got it checked but no errors appear.
other than that i have no complaints with the car
Did anyone faced the same problem before?

Take pictures/video of the dash as it happens, and show that to your dealer. Even if they cannot replicate, they should be able to view your pictures/video and maybe even pass it onto the folks in engineering, to diagnose the problem
