Cupholder/Stowage Door Won’t Close
Hi,
I rarely close the door for the small center stowage compartment that has the cupholders, key fob holder, and phone charger. Not the center armrest, but the center console with wood trim. Tonight I went to close it but it wouldn’t go all the way and latch. I did not want to force it and could not find anything interfering with the mechanism. As I played with it a little it seemed to get worse, as if there was a spring or something that was loose or not seated properly.
Any recommendations on how to evaluate further? Is this something I could easily take apart or should I have the dealer check it?
