W213 Software Reboot disaster! need fast recovery
Dear All ,
I am first time MB Owner , I have 2019 E300 which is 213 had problem with Ambient Light doesn't work properly like this thread

I tried to reset the system using the following method in Youtube in dealer menu
After finding the factory reset option I opted for it and reset to factory reset . Big mistake!!! After restart , I lost all applications include CarPlay , sound system and everything gone , My car now has no parking sensors, no reverse camera, no digital clocks change option NO APPLE CAR PLAY, phone won’t link... its basically ruined everything.
I’m gutted and don’t have a clue how to fix it! Does anyone know what I can do? I would just want my car back to how it was! as i am not be able to use it .
I saw link for Install Bootloader software and Extract Bootloader software: “MIP_BL_4810.zip”
Installing the Application software: To install the Application software, the folder “MIP_APP_4810.zip”

I dont know from where i can get those files Bootloader software “MIP_BL_4810.zip” and Application software “MIP_APP_4810.zip” to download and install them to fix my issue to bring back my car to how it was!
I have no applications installed , all features are gone , touch bad in right of the streeting doenst work , no sound at all , no carplay no surrounding cameras working , no beebs on the blind spots .. almost less than the basic firmware is already exist after this factory reset .
Can any one help please ?

and don’t mess with things from now on especially when you know nothing about software

+1 to the previous post. "Factory reset" or "Initial activation" is where one should tread carefully. You may have crippled your car but others have bricked their car to the point it was towed to the dealership to reload the software.
