Does anyone know if this glove box latch insert is available?
I noticed my glovebox was set out just a tad when it’s closed and I found out the reason. This plastic insert is missing on the left side of my glove box so the latch on the left side doesn’t seat fully. I did a search on MB parts sites and don’t see it listed, and also did a search on eBay with no results. Should be the same for any 2017+ E class. Thanks for any help.
Not finding it in EPC, time to find sacrificial glove compartment housing 2126802502.
Yup, unfortunately I was thinking the same thing. I’ll keep an eye out on eBay for a fairly cheap one or maybe even one with some damage so I can yank that catch piece. Thanks.
