2017-2018 E400 Spark Plug Change Tutorial/WIS

Does anyone have a tutorial for changing the spark plugs on a 2017-2018 E400 (Wagon)?
There isn't one here on mbworld and I couldn't find an official WIS anywhere.
(FWIW, the one on YouTube only shows the "easy plugs." Apparently, doing all six requires removing part of the manifold, but I'm not sure that's entirely true.)
Thanks in advance.

M276 spark plugs have been posted countless times on this site. What about YouTube?

Yes, of course...however, the M276 threads/tutorials are all for the S/W212.
The engine in the E400/E450 uses an M276 variant (DE30 twin turbo).
The instructions may be identical though. I'll check.

In the US at least, the 212 E400 uses the same M276 3.0L turbo V6 as the 213/238 (prior to inline 6 transition). The 212 E350 uses the naturally aspirated 3.5L M276 engine.
