Loud basey/growl noise
Hi, hope someone can help. I have the Merc Eclass 2016.
Notice a strange growly/deep/basey/throaty/airey noise when driving. Usually happens after 1200 rpm. Also noticed the noise goes away if I maintain the revs for a few second.
Noise only appears when accelerating but it isn’t always there. The back footwells also seem to vibrate ever so slightly when this noise persists.
Noise doesn’t seem to be coming from the engine.
