Ugh stupid homelink won’t work after rear view mirror replacement….
Got it fixed….dealer didn’t program it correctly the first time.

I know your pain. I have the same problem but it's in relation to me having the mirror customized to display radar detector information. When it was initially done my Homelink worked, then the glass was messed up and I had to send it out to be fixed. In the process of fixing it the company broke my mirror and bought a new one from Mercedes. Ever since I have had the new mirror (with the radar customization) it does not work.
I just ended up buying some velcro and used it to mount my garage door opener on the carpet near my right calf. I am used to it now, so if all else fails you can try that.
The recoding for $200 also didn't work for me, but I thought it was just from my customization.
