E400 CPC problem

E400 CPC problem
Im new to forums so ill try my best
I have a 2017 E400 3.5 BiTurbo and I tuned it stage 1 and it has about 400 whp and 530 torque with drop in filters
I got some catless downpipes and a DV+ but my tuner keeps telling me I need something called CPC. I have a limiter on 220km/h and soft limiter on revving. he says he cant touch the transmission or torque correctly if im not mistaken.
anyone knows a place or a website that sells a CPC that isn't tuned already that he can tune himself if that's how it works.
