Ambient lighting in air vents now working

Ambient lighting in air vents now working
Sad to announce, and just out of the box and delivered this weekend, my new AMG E53 ambient lighting via the air vents is dark - not operative.
Have tried to diagnose, trouble shoot MB UX options/menus to no avail.
Guessing/hoping it's a fuse?
Thoughts anyone, please?

UPDATE:
I took the vehicle to my local MB dealer and the lead master tech told my service advisor that they had seen this issue before.
The problem isn't wit the ambient lighting physically within the air vents but rather with the electrical harnessing before the lighting.
I have a service appointment for next week, minimum one day in the shop.
I just hope this isn't a pervasive issue because I am soooooo loving this vehicle.
I took the vehicle to my local MB dealer and the lead master tech told my service advisor that they had seen this issue before.

When in Settings for ambient lighting, were you able to see all 3 zones (to include Direct and Indirect)? I am having the same issue and I just received my 2023 GLC 300 just last week, and am hoping the fix will be SUPER simple. Curious to see if we are both having the same issue.
