FWIW, MBHouse has a retrofit kit, but it's not offered for the W213. Aside from the astronomical price tag, the bigger question is how complete the functionality would be, especially as it relates to Mercedes me. Keep in mind that the MB servers provision the online services based on the VIN of the car, so replacing the COMAND hardware with MBUX will likely result in missing functionality and also the OTA updates will likely push out the wrong map and software updates as they are different between NTG 5.5 and MBUX.

Anything is possible with enough money but it would be quite a complex process. I think you would have to replace the entire headunit with a newer one as the processors for the COMAND systems are quite underpowered as is. Theres probably other hardware as well that you would have to replace/reprogram such as the LTE Connect module I suppose. Programming will also be tough to arrange as the dealer won't do something like this for you. Essentially, it would be easier to trade in for a newer model with MBUX
