Another wheel question!
Ok, trying to change rims out and after all my research, not 100% sure this would work. Hopefully someone can help me out!
2017 E-class with factory 17”, trying to change to 19” and found 19x8.5 from an S-class. The question is offset and fender clearance! Some online resource shows an 8.5 wide should have a 38 offset. The S-class wheels have a 31.5 offset, pushing the wheel out a bit, but only 6.5mm. I’ve read some peeps putting 10mm spacers on factory wheels assuming adding to the factory offset, so this should be less than that, therefor should be fine no? The rear for an 8.5 calls for a 34 offset, making the 31.5 almost the same, not really worried there.
Any input would be appreciated!
