Hi
I don't want to sound like an advertisement; I had some issues with my COMMAND system, and wanted to unlock a couple of options on my w213. Reached out to @BenzNinja and he was able to resolve all my issues. The biggest problem was concerning my Headunit; it was too old to run the latest version of COMMAND software. So after the upgrade, I had no sound coming out. benzninja spent hours troubleshooting it and figured out the cause ( an error in the programming code in Command update).

Again, very happy with his service and he is super knowledgeable.
