How to remove this clips from back of door trim?

Lightbulb How to remove this clips from back of door trim?
Hi All,

I want to replacing the Burmester speaker grills on doors. (W213, 2019) I guess for it it needs to remove the decor trim, but i could not remove these metal clips. Do you have suggestion and tips?

Thank you for your helping!

i need to remove these metal clips (right rear door)

Have you tried squeezing the flanges together and pulling the clips out?
