RPM indicator wiggle - 220d 2018

Hello there!
I'm brand new to Mercedes and would like to ask you as a more experienced users. 😊

I noticed on the highway that the rev counter needle slightly bounces. You can see it in this video:

It only happens at about 1500 rpm in 9th gear (about 130-135 km/h). Otherwise it is absolutely stable. The idle is stable as well. However, I don't feel like the engine revs are actually jumping but the indicator says something else.

Do you have any experience with this which could be causing it? 🙏

I've seen some threads on this topic but I think they dealt with larger rpm fluctuations rather than just at one constant speed or rpms around 1500.

For some background – the car has 175k kilometers (108k miles) on it. The transmission oil was changed at 130k miles so there's still 15k to go before the next oil change.

Thanks in advance for any tips & have a great day! ✌️
