Engline light on

Engline light on
So I have missed the service interval by about 40 days. Current mileage is 31,000 kms
2020 E 180
Engline light is on
on cold start the idle is rough and there is a clicking /knocking sound coming from then engine.
When the car has warmed up -the engine sound and drive is fine. Limp home mode is on but the drive and sounds are all normal
Will take the car to the dealer tomorrow but before i do just wondering If anyone else has experienced this and what this could be.
I only use Shell V-Power as fuel. This occurred about 20 kms of driving after I refueled.

I agree with @ua549 , sounds like bad fuel, since it happened right after fueling. Could be a coincidence, but sure sounds like bad fuel to me.
I see you're going to the dealer, but if not and it was me, I'd add a bottle of dry gas additive and a bottle of octane booster to see if it changes.
