How to get to Active Assist menu

Hello All. New OLD guy member with. 2021 E 350 sedan and I can’t figure out how to turn active lane assist…And I’m 72 and I need it badly. Base model with me connect.
PLEASE Help me ASAP. Wife and I are going on 20th anniversary date tonight and I don’t want to get in a wreck. ,!,! LOL

I also have a 2021 E350, lane assist is not a standard option. Lane assist requires two cameras in by the rear view mirror, while base only has one. The assist menu is entered through the touch controls on the left side of he steering wheel (US version). It's one of the options along with Trip, nav, radio, etc on the speedometer display.

so are you saying my $61,000 Mercedes built in2021 doesn’t have lane keeping assist..? Please not. I traded in a 2019 Mustang Gt that had fantastic Lame keeping. Please reply..Thanks Grandpa Bill

Do you have a VIN number for your car? One of us can look up and check-

Otherwise, there should be an “Assistance” menu under settings where the Active Lane option should be, or a button to toggle it possibly…

Well guys. Thanks for the help, but I just learned that it was an option in 2021 that my original owner didn’t check off to get, so no active lane for me. Just will slow down and keep my eyes on the road, like I was taught by my Dad and Grandpa…the old fashioned way. Take care, and thanks again for the reply…Grandpa Bill
