FM / DAB Radio Signal Issue with Mercedes E 220 AMG NTG 5.5 (W213)
Hi All,
This is my first post so please forgive me if i make any mistakes
I own Mercedes E 220 AMG NTG 5.5 (W213) 2019.
There seems to be issue With FM Radio Signal.
Its strange FM/DAB radio problem, It only scans to one radio channel and then it does not scan any more FM/DAB radio channels.
AM Radio works fine, Scans ok and i can save pre-sets.
I have shared the video of the problem here.
Does any one has any idea what is te cause of this issue and how to fix it.

What happens when you select the Magnifying Glass/ Search icon? That should show the full list of stations and frequencies that the radio is detecting; ie it doesn’t scan sequentially and should list all. You can test it on the AM and it should show a list.
Does FM/DAB show that list as well?
In my city all DAB stations are on a set 206.4Mhz frequency so sometimes my stations in favourites get jumbled up, but I’ve never had just one station populating the search list.

When i click on Magnifying Glass / Search, it does not show any fm radio channels. it does not scan either.
It does show option to type in name of radio channel. I tried searching for BBC, but nothing comes up.
I am based in small town , Slough, England, United kingdom.
We get strong radio FM/DAB radio signals. I have another E class W213 2017, FM/DAM radio works perfectly fine on that car.
If its faulty radio antenna, then does anyone has any idea where it is and what is the par number of it.
