2019 e450 coupe
2019 e450 phone cradle
Hi
i bought my 2019 e450 coupe recently used. The phone charging pad was missing. When i put the phone it gives an error msg saying something is between the charging area. I looked up for the part on mb website and its discontinued. The dealer is also saying he cant find me one. Any ideas where i can get one. Its a very small thing but it bothers me.

Just a thought: does you phone have a cover on it? If so, remove it and place it in the charger and maybe it will charge - there is an indication in the dash at the upper right showing the phone charging.

No i dont have any covers. On the phone.
