Hi all,

I usually charge the battery at home using the normal wall outlet. Recently I charged the car fully using a public charger and the charger indicated to have charged "only" 9,5kWh. For what I know the battery is 13,5kWh, so I am wondering if this is normal (only to change 10kWh to an empty battery) or if my battery has an issue.

What is your experience?

That is most likely the charging rate, not the charging amount.

Unfortunately not, it has really been the amount charged.
