Very harsh suspension

Hello 👋 guys once again. Just wanted to ask first i have cls 2019 400d however the cls form is just dead. Posting here. So recently I had to fix the airmatic front right suspension so when I got the car it was bad so I never get to experience the actual ride however after fixing it the car is balanced and it works fine you can see if the airmatic is raising and lowering the car.

However it is so hard on the comfort settings that it feels like a sports car with extreme hard settings and on highway it like a brick as what I notice it lowers the car even more on the highway speeds and I am just bouncing every little imperfection on the highway.

I assume if you had somebody fix the suspension that they would have inspected it for any irregularity. I'm bringing this up, because one possible cause of what you are describing is if the shipping blocks are still in the suspension. It is not uncommon for them to be overlooked during the initial delivery, but one would think if they were left in at first that they would have been discovered by now. However, there was just a thread in the AMG GT section where somebody bought a 2017 GT S and discovered that the original shipping blocks were still in after all these years. They caused damage to the engine mounts and possibly other things aside from making the ride very rough and the original owner apparently didn't think there was something wrong. The shipping blocks are plastic pieces that limit the ability of the suspension to compress, in order to limit the cars from swaying and banging into each other during their journey from the factory to their final destination and are supposed to be removed during the pre-delivery inspection, but as said, that doesn't always happen.

Just a couple of suggestions: My dealer's service department routinely over-inflates my tires, which makes the drive much more harsh — check your car's tires and follow the recommendation inflation levels on the gas tank door. Also, consider dumping the run-flat tires if your car has them and replace them with non-RFTs; that greatly improved the ride and handling in my 2018 E400 Coupe.

This brings up an issue that I've had...
My mechanic (who has been wrenching on German cars for 30 years) says to follow the sticker on the B-pillar, not what it says on the gas filler door. Mine (2017 E400 Wagon) have conflicting values. The owner's manual also refers to the B-pillar, not the gas filler door.
I'm wondering why they're different. I'm suspicious that the sticker on the B-pillar (which only references extra load pressures - the gas filler door references normal and extra load) is not original to the car. I bought the car used; it was 7 years old (from manufacturing date) and had only 52,000 miles.
See the sticker on my B-pillar below. Can anyone confirm that this is an OEM sticker? It looks like one (at least it has an apparent M-B part number printed on it).
The fuel filler door says 34/34 for normal load and 38/42 for extra load. Quite different from the b-pillar sticker.

The max load tire pressure on the fuel door sticker should match the B-pillar sticker. If it doesn't then something is off. The sticker on the B-pillar is federally mandated, so it might be best to trust that one when it comes to the max load pressure. However, that sticker doesn't list the normal load pressure in North America. It also only lists the pressure for the tires that the car came with from the factory. The fuel door sticker may also list pressures for different types of tires. M+S vs summer performance for example. See the sticker from my AMG as an example below. These details are not present on the B-pillar sticker. The B-pillar sticker in North America got dumbed down after the Firestone incidents in the 90s, because most average drivers here don't have a clue about tire pressures and as it relates to load etc., so using the max load pressure at all times is the safest. Those who know what they are doing will understand the fuel door sticker and adjust the tire pressures accordingly for each situation. As you can see below, the recommended tire pressure is also different depending on how fast one intends to drive. That's more applicable to performance cars, though that have much higher top speeds, but as you can see the list of recommended tire pressures can get quite elaborate depending on applicable tire sizes, types, speeds and loads.

Thank you all for the suggestions I got the change to plug in the scanner today. The values are all off for airmatic one is showing 20 and other is showing -7 some 4 and 8. I guess it need to be recalibrate.

Can some point me to the right direction or guide what should be the value on each airmatic struts
