2019 e63s not boosting after drift mode

Hey I have 2019 e63s 4 matic + I recently bought that was Mercedes certified preowned with 11k miles. I had it for 4 weeks no problem. First time I went into drift mode and was drifting the car for 45 seconds. I drifted in first gear and was red lining a little bit. Then in middle of drifting I heard a big pop in the front area. It sounded like a rock hit the front of my car but I was in rear wheel drive mode so it didn’t make sense. I think something must’ve blown. I left the parking lot and went to grab a few groceries. Once I am done and started driving home. I had no throttle response for 10 seconds. My car started heating up to 227 Fahrenheit in comfort mode. It usually goes up to only 207 Fahrenheit max in that mode. Once I turn off my car I noticed my engine cooling fan wasn’t working. Usually runs after a long drive and especially after it being so hot. It didn’t work for 2 days and I wasn’t driving it during the time. I pulled up to dealership and as soon as I pulled up it started working again.

They inspected and ran a diagnostic and nothing popped up besides an inactive fault code for my car valve opening and closing system.

My car has 603 horse power and 627lb ft torque.

After I reach a speed of 110mph the torque does not go past 479 lb ft and then the next day it started going up to 578 lb ft torque. When I drive in speeds below 110 mph the torque always goes 627 lb feet but after speed of 110 mph it didn’t any longer ever since the first drifting accident.

I went drifting a day later for in drift mode for 30 seconds. I didn’t drift much to not burn too much rubber. When I was driving back home. My car was accelerating really slow.

the temp of engine was 207 F
the temp of transmission was 190 F
I have attached video of 0-60 after the 2nd time drifting. It was locking up only at 350 hp and 400 torque due to losing boost. I tried turning my car off and on and it didn’t work.

but when I woke up and drove it it’s back to normal but it’s not going past 545 lb ft torque after 100 mph. But the horse power at 603.

what do you guys think this is?

I tried turning my car and off and it still doesn’t work. It only works normal the next day morning. One my exhaust tips smell like mud for some reason.
