Differential difference?

Differential difference?
Planning to change rear diff oil. I don't have 4matic so the rear diff should be a open diff? (Assume it's not LSD?)
I was looking at service doc, and found this one - it has 3 variants of differential. Does anyone know how to identify what I have?

Yes highly possible it is an open diff, even 4MATIC it is still open, very likely LSD was only on AMG models. Like E 63 S

Any idea on the 183, 197, 205? Want to check if I need to buy one bottle or two bottles.

E 450 coupe, non 4matic
