how to dismount rear door speaker?

Question how to dismount rear door speaker?
I tried to unscrew the speaker to get to the speaker grill, which has a dent in it. (and might be the cause of a rattle)

But it seems that there are no real screws (see the 3 red circles in the picture)

Can someone tell me how to get it off?

I also put some tape around the tweeter before sticking it back in the slot (blue circle), as it wasn't a 100% tight fit.

Those rattles just come and go.. until they finally push you into a psychiatric ward
