Own a MB W213, E220d Hybrid, 2023. From time to time it displays a coolant warning light (orange) and then car switches to "safe" mode, can't accelerate and max. speed is about 130 kmh. Coolant is full enough and I took car to officiatl service, but they have no idea what is wrong with the car. Any idea, please, because this is driving me crazy. I lost my trust to the car and I am quite a lot on the road, so I need a reliable car. TRhanks in advance for any suggeswtion.
Should still be under warranty. Get it scanned. Likely something actually wrong with the cooling system or a faulty sensor. Either way, needs to be fixed.

Strange that they say they say they couldn't find the issue given how this might also throw a code in the ECU, did they scan the vehicle. I will say this again though, not all dealerships are created equal so it is worth it to try a different dealership if one is not helping.
Check the coolant cap, do you see residue that might indicate a leak?
If you took it to a MB dealership and they cannot fix it then something is wrong with that dealership. Its a serious enough issue to render the car useless if it will suddenly do this. Have you tried other dealerships? Have you contacted MB directly? I doubt you can diagnose it through this forum. I assume they scanned it and apparently didn't find any fault codes? Did they contact MB? Usually they do when they (the dealership) cannot figure it out. It's still under factory warranty, correct?

Yes exactly but is there residue on the coolant cap but on a second thought since you are bringing it in anyways, no point popping the hood to check.
