buying a 2017 e300 79,000 miles
hey can anyone give advice on a w213 with 80k miles? good looking car IMO. good engine I presume for a daily, not as big as an S but bigger then a C so it fits within my liking. thanks!

Be sure to check that it is up to date on all maintenance, check carfax, have mercedes mechanic do pre purchase inspection and have money available in case you need future repairs. Love my 2023 E450!

Very quick reply from me, and this may not relate to you in your location but our mid 2017 model had a 3G Hermes Sim, and now 3G is turned off in Europe so a lot of the connectivity like traffic, maps updates, remote locking are no longer working. 4G Hermes arrived either late 2017 or early 2018.
Our estate S213 car has 60K miles and to date, in addition to all 8 annual services (A & B), I have had to replace rear shocks, rear air suspension bags, front brake disks, all brake pads, had 1 gearbox oil change service, FM radio head unit (had audio drop outs on FM) the rear camera, and the Partronic head unit. 3 sets of tyres. Cost of motoring is generally low on the car. But when the head units go, it can be expensive. All part of buying an early version of what was a new production model in 2017
