All - I have a 2017-2020 W213 screen (analogue version with the big navigation display (See photos below). I am giving it away for free if anyone wants to maybe upgrade their display to a bigger model. If you have the same display as shown in the pictures below, you won't have to do anything other than having the odometer programmed to reflect your true vehicle milage. If you have the Audio 20 version currently, you'll have to buy an NTG 5.5 head unit and have it programmed.
I also have a turbo with roughly 130,000 miles on it. It's actually really solid and there was nothing wrong with at the time when I replaced with a new turbo. It has a replacement (roughly 40,000 miles) turbo actuator that I swapped out, and the wastegate flap on the backside is still shutting really well. No play in the turbo shaft. The turbo fits M274 engines. Not sure if it fits any other model E-Class. If anything, you can use it to troubleshoot your current turbo issues or maybe keep as a spare.

Honestly it might be cheaper to buy both items on eBay for you than for me to ship them. From Germany to Sydney Australia, it'll cost $1,900 to ship both. And then I'm not sure how much import (if there is any in Australia from Germany) would cost.
