Yesterday I received a recall notice that the U-joint between the transfer case and the front axle transmission could fail, resulting in loss of propulsion without warning.
The car was serviced a week ago. I'm going to check to see if they inspected for this.
Does anyone know anything about this recall? I'm not. sure about taking the car on the trip.
