New 2023 E350 4Matic - I have my profile set with picture in Mercedes Me. Added a second profile for my wife, but how can I add a personal photo to her profile, rather than the default silhouettes?

I have not tried this myself yet but I'm thinking you have to add your wife as a co-user in the Mercedes Me web site. I haven't seen the option on the app but it's there on the site. Go to https://www.me.mercedes-benz.com/pas...dashboard.html and click on the button that looks like the below. Once you do that and she creates her own Mercedes Me profile, she should be able to upload a profile picture.

That's how it works. She needs to install the Mercedes Me app and set it up with her own Mercedes Me account. Then the account and it has to be linked with the car as a co-owner. Then when she sets her picture in her app, it will show up in the car. It works in my GLE so I'm sure it will work with the E-class.
