E class redesign
I thought the e class was redesigned in 2024 but now I am seeing articles about a complete e class exterior redesign in 2025

It was completely redesigned for 2024. The 2025 model is the same as the 2024 model with the only difference being a standard center air bag. Also, there is a RWD version of the E350 in 2025. Everything else is the same. You are either misunderstanding the article or it's wrong.
