2024 E350 HELP!!!
Hello there! First day owning a 2024 E350 and a few things I can’t figure out:
1) My 360 camera does not have the GPS save feature. This really doesn’t make any sense to me as the vehicle has GPS and I don’t follow why isn’t an option. My C300 and CLA250 had it. The selection button for it isn’t even there in either the camera view menu or the actual settings open beside “open camera cover”. I really can’t believe it doesn’t have the option given that the vehicle itself has GPS.
2) The favourites button (star) on the steering when simply takes me to the recent call list. Unlike my other Benz’s - it doesn’t go to a Favourites menu. I can’t seem to map it anywhere in settings.
3) For the life of me, I cannot get Sirius XM favourites to save under the “Favourites” menu. It simply defaults to FM or AM only. Again different from the 2024 C300 and 2024 CLA250 in this house.
Any help is appreciated.

For #3, unfortunately, at the present time Sirus XM favorites save under Sirus XM not with the FM favorites. I even checked with my dealer and they said the new E class is the only model doing this. Hopefully a future update we correct this.

Can you describe what you are talking about when you say "GPS save feature"? Is that a picture from the car's cameras? It's possible that you need the dash-cam function turned on for something like that. It's a separate purchase from Mercedes ME app. The car has the hardware, it just needs an activation.

I’m referring to the GPS camera setting for the 360° parking camera. It allows you to select a location where the camera automatically activates when you arrive. I literally have it on every other vehicle, but it does not appear to be on this one.

I appreciate this. I was trying to figure it out for quite a while, and I couldn’t get it to act in the same way as my previous ones. Fairly annoying actually as it doesn’t really allow you to cycle through the favourites in any reasonably convenient way. Unlike the other models that allow you to cycle through all the favorites.
