I've lived in the UK for 3 years and the above is totally not my experience, not sure where you get your info from? Vast majority of the above three cars were not chauffeur driven.

Do not know about the UK, but certainly do know about the EU: The S Class, Audi 8 and BMW 7 series are almost universally chauffeur driven vehicles.
