E/W214: Throttle House 2025 AMG E53 Review
In case anyone didn't see it this morning when it dropped, Throttle House just reviewed the E53.
Spoiler alert: they seem to love it and say it redeems AMG a bit after some incredibly poor recent vehicles like the C63. Their main complaint was a lot of road noise from the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.

SavageGeese has eloquently articulated the phenomenon of auto manufactures trying to build a car that will do all things for a single customer.
Meaning you can drive your kids to school in it, drive it like a sports car and take it on a road trip.
Problem is that it's good, but not the great in any category.
I'd lean towards having both a Porsche and E450 to be able to choose either great sport or great luxury as needed.

I got the Pinnacle Trim Package on mine, which has the heat- and noise-insulating glass. I didn’t notice or have any issues with the road noise, and yes, I have the same rims and tires installed. I think it is a great car overall.
