My car is about 8 months old since I bought it and today I started the car from my phone, as I always have...let it run, and then got in and started it again. Then came a yellow malfunction light with gears (see attached photo). The attached photo isn't my car, just the same light that I found on google. I then "X"ed out of it, checked the messages, on the service tab, and there was no message. I then turned the car off and started it again, and nothing came back up. Drove the car home (about 8 minutes), shut it off, started it from my phone again, let it run for 30 seconds, got in the car, started it, and again nothing. Maybe a glitch? I know these cars are so touchy.
Car seems to be running fine. Anyone have any ideas? My thought is nothing since it didn't come back on. Thanks!
Seems like a glitch. Was it possible to select the " i " and get more detail?
Thanks for responding! No, I didn't even think to do that. The car sat for 9 hours this morning, and I did the same thing, started it by my phone, let it run, and then get in and start it and it was fine on my way to work. . Sounds like a glitch, but I'll keep everyone posted. Not too worried since it hasn't come back!
