Apologies if this is a repeat post - I originally posted this query a few days ago but it never appeared on the forum. I am a new W214 owner (E300de AMG Line) and have an issue with my iPhone 14 audio on MBUX. The iPhone is connected OK via bluetooth and all functions are OK, i.e. phone calls, music, internet access, etc. However, if the car FM radio is playing and I open any app with audio directly on my iPhone (when car is stationary!), the car audio switches over to the iPhone, at times much to the annoyance of passengers who were listening to the radio. I can't see any settings on either the phone or on MBUX to prevent this. I appreciate that this should happen with any phone calls but I don't need it for every phone app. Am I missing something? Any help appreciated.

This is by design and how it's supposed to work. When your phone starts to play audio it will signal to MBUX to play whatever audio the phone is playing. No setting I know of to change this other than to not do what you are doing or disconnect from Bluetooth before you mess with your phone.
