Use MBUX scrub controls instead of CarPlay

- Go back to HOME (if you have "Zero Layer" view mode on).
- Notice the music status box on the bottom left.
- Tap this box and watch it expand to show more controls/options.
- There is now a timeline in view with the little circle showing you the current playback spot on the line.
- That circle can be dragged (and I think I also tapped on the timeline) to give you full scrub capability throughout the music track. Nice.
In contrast, in the CarPlay interface for a track that is currently playing I was not able to scrub the timeline with a swipe or tap. I could only HOLD the double left or right arrows are skip the timeline backward or forward small increments, As mentioned above (#5) while using the MBUX interface for the currently playing track I was able to scrub to exactly where I wanted.
Volume Gripe: After a few weeks I am still grieving the loss of the physical volume knob which was great on my W204 (still have). That's true of many of the abandoned physical buttons we all lost. The capacitive touch volume adjustments on the W214 steering wheel are not as good at finely adjusting volume to preference in varied circumstances. And using voice commands is an order of magnitude less responsive than a volume knob. Net result is I mute music more often now when I need to hear something in real life, whereas on my W204 I quickly dial the volume down until I can hear all the things I want, all without ever looking at the volume knob.
