Windshield replacement.
The windshield logo/bug for a 2024 Mercedes Benz E450 is typically located in either the bottom left corner of the windshield, bottom right corner of the windshield, or bottom center of the windshield. Placing a piece of paper behind the logo on the inside of the glass can help you take a clearer photo of the logo.
But I don't see such a thing in any of these places.
On the logo/info. Are you saying you see nothing in the corners or just not the letters DOT? I'll look on mine and report back my own findings.

The insurance company expect something that shows letters DOT. I don't remember if I ever saw it in other cars.
If you don't have an emblem you don't have it.
Tell them. Also, sketchy request from them IMO.
Alternatively, find the same model/year vehicle take picture of DOT emblem.

When the parts department checked for availability, there was one unit available in Pennsylvania, and it took 2-3 days to arrive, before it got installed on the car.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Dealer needed 10 days to get it and I'm sure would have needed the car for a day.

Local Safelite was able to get the glass in 2 days, held it for a week until I was able to get the car in, and they calibrated everything. They had the car for ~1.5 hrs.

it’s on the bottom right corner if you’re sitting inside the car in the drivers seat.
another way to put it, it’s in the passenger bottom corner of the windshield.

so if I get my windshield replaced by safe lite. You think they can get me the heat and sound insulated glass version? My 2024 e450 didnt have that option on it and kind of wish it did. Would there be any issues? Do you know the part number or something of reference so that they install the insulated glass version?
I will say that, at least in my experience with the W213 generation, I wouldn’t go through too much effort or expense to obtain a windshield from the Acoustic Comfort Package. While the whole package probably helps a bit with noise and heat, it also includes the rest of the glass and, from what I understand, more than just glass for the (minimal, if any) acoustic benefits. My black/black car gets hot as f when left in the sun, and I drove an E63 recently without ACP recently that did not seem any louder at highway speeds than my E450. And the ACP windshield hampers radar detector effectiveness and toll transponders; the ‘windows’ that are not glazed are not ideally located.

In my case, my windshield also has the transparent 3M Crystalline film on it, and that in turn costs nearly as much as the windshield, and so a quick repair is what I personally would prefer.
