W214 ignition goes off during start/stop
Hello,
The ignition on my E-Class (W214) turns off when I start/stop the car. I stop at a red light or at an intersection and the engine shuts off, and the car goes into P mode. When I press the accelerator, it doesn't restart. Then I wait a moment, then press the ignition. Wait a moment. With the brake pressed, press the button again. D mode. I continue driving.
Has anyone experienced this problem?

No, but in the meantime I suggest you turn off auto start/stop so that you're not caught in a T bone situation turning across traffic from a stop
