Exclamation Digital Extra colored codes clarification/Audio Streaming

Greetings: I am turning to my know it all forum for a clarification or details on the following
*On my Mercedes App, I noticed some Digital Extras under the four categories have a dull blue and under code states Activated. Most of the Digital Extras under the four categories are aBright Blue and under code states also Activated. What is the difference? An example is the Digital Key which is a dull blue and states it is Active. I do use the Digital Key on my Apple Watch and iPhone.

*My Audio Steaming-Amazon Music and Apple Music used to be under APPS in Settings, and I could listen to the music that has full Dolby Atmos using the now complimentary Online Connection.. More amazing the sound than Apple Car Play. With the update of MBUX to 3.2.2, the APPS in Settings is gone. There is Mercedes App and Mercedes Store. But no can find the Audio Streaming which my Mercedes App states is ACTIVE. All the dealership technicians have no idea how to get to Audio Streaming with the new 3.2.2. They are waiting for the big Mercedes Guru as my auto stays in the shop after the first A Service and this new update which also gave the Digital Lite Projections today-July 10, 2025.

Any support or clarification to the two above issues would be greatly appreciated. Wolf, as our guru, any thoughts?
Be well and safe everyone.

The dull blue in the Mercedes app digital extras means you cannot enable/disable it from there. Like the dashcam or the digital projections that have to be purchased separately from digital apps. If its bright blue, you can disable/enable those as you choose.

For Apple Music, you should see it in the media menu. At least that is where I see it. There is also an app for apple music, but I can't remember if it's an icon on the main zero layer screen or if you have to go into the Apps item first to see the icon. To get to the media menu hit home then tap the icon that says media.

Thanks, Wolf. After I purchased the Digital Light through Mercedes Store on my MBUX Screen, the dull blue with Projection Lites appeared on my ap for the first time in a year..States ACTIVATED. Same with Mercedes Emergency Call or Digital Key, both which work anyway even though those buttons are dull blue. Maybe they are active but cannot disable myself within the app. I did go to Media, but no Apple Music Icon. It is only in the Apple Car Play. The App Icon is no longer on screen, but the Mercedes App is the new name which shows Amazon Music and a whole bunch of new apps but no Apple Music. I did click Amazon Music under Mercedes App to install, but now an issue of spinning circle and no launching. Amazon Music and Apple Music launch through Apple Car Play. So Audio Streaming (online) not showing after the 3.2.2 update yesterday. Dealership still checking. Miss the Doby Alto platform I had with Apple and Amazon Music through the now free Internet Connection through our autos.
Thoughts?

Hi Wolf,
Spoke with Tech Department at Mercedes Corporation. Clarification on the buttons for the Digital Extra in Mercedes App. A Dull Blue means active but I cannot disable as is needed like Mercedes Emergency Call, digital key, etc. Bright Blue is active and can be disable or enable. They are checking on the audio streaming like Amazon and Apple Music. The old APP Icon is replaced, as I mentioned, with Mercedes App. My Digital Lite Projection/Animation is Active and should have those options under Menu then Lights then projections to use. Will check when I have my auto back from the dealership. Will keep you and the forum up to date.
Happy Weekend.

E300de (W214)
I just came back from service with my E300de, and they have upgraded MBUX to E333.8-58. I lost my connection with Apple Music and I got Sound Drive (WTF is that). They also moved Audials (Internet radio) from radio app to Audials app (you know it's easier to find Internet radio opening the new app when you driving instead to switch to Internet radio in Radio app)
Somebody at Mercedes doesn't think. Disaster!
