New to the group: Purchased a 2025 E450 All Terrain to replace my lemon-ed 2024 GLC43.
Been a wagon guy my whole life and drove Two different model year Volvo V60s and an E350 Wagon in the past. Looking forward to rejoining the group.
Going to pick it up next Thursday and cannot wait!! In the meantime: any tips, tricks, or recommendations about the car before then?

If I were advising you prior to your purchase, I would have insisted to get the Digital headlights, than the base reflector headlights. But otherwise, the car looks fabulous, especially since it is an All-terrain like mine. Congratulations !
Battery tender question
Random question but can’t find any reference so decided to bring up on related posts.
Has anyone had issues with trickle charging for long periods? My car sit from Jan-April. Using the battery connects under the hood ie:red connect and brass(?) ground post I can never get the trickle to start. Solid red light on Tender. Have asked a few dealers and mechanics to be sure I’m attaching it right and all have confirmed I am, nobody has a clue. Thoughts?

Have you tried the Tender on another vehicle to be sure it’s not the problem. I’ve attached a Battery Tender to my car in the same manner as you described and it has always worked fine.

I have but will try again. I have 2 other tenders. I’ll try them back to back and see if it was user error. Thanks for responding.
