Mild battery capacity level

Is there an option to view the Mild battery capacity level on the new W214 E Class MBUX or Driver's screen ? .

No, the only way to see the charge level of either the 12v or 48v is to enter the workshop menu. To do that long press the left home button on the steering wheel for 10s and then the left OK (arrow) button for 5s.

And once we are in, is there a different procedure to exit the workshop menu ?

Nope, just hit home and go to whatever driver display you want. The workshop menu will be an option in the list of driver displays until you restart the car. Then it will be gone until you enter it again by performing the above procedure.
