Have had this happen 2x time. After hanging up a phone call, car does not go back to audio from the radio/sirius and using the volume control only pulls up "voice" volume. Hanging up via steering wheel button or phone makes no difference. one time I fixed it by restarting the car. the other time, fixed it by restarting phone and then my wife called me and then after hanging up from that call it started working. it is like it gets stuck in phone mode even after the call is ended.
