Nope, that is an S-Class thing not an E-Class thing. Maybe the Long version of the E-Class has it.

In the USA we, don't get the long wheelbase versions except for the S class. If you get the long wheelbase versions in Singapore, there is a chance that you can move the front passenger seat while sitting in the rear seat.

Will try to find the button first at the rear left door. Might be hard.
